The Lake Pend Oreille Idaho Club (LPOIC) is a volunteer, non-profit corporation dedicated to protect and enhance Lake Pend Oreille and its fisheries.  We will make Kokanee survival the club’s top priority for the foreseeable future. All proceeds raised by LPOIC from derbies, memberships, grants, annual pin auction, and miscellaneous activities are used to fund our projects.

 

LPOIC has worked in cooperation with Idaho Department of Fish & Game, Trout Unlimited, Bonner County Sportsman’s Association, Avista, our County Commissioners, and others, on projects to enhance the lake’s fisheries.

LPOIC has always kept the health of Lake Pend Oreille as its highest priority. LPOIC will continue to strive for clean water and ways to restore our fisheries to their productive past. The purity and health of a body of water is reflected in the abundance and health of its fishery.
